You must have JAILROKEN iPhone / iPod Touch!
1. Install iFunBox
2. Go to /var/mobile/Library/SummerBoard/Themes/
3. Rename a folder with a theme which you have downloaded like ***.theme where "***" - theme name
4. Then go to Winterboard (you may download this in Cydia) in your iPhone / iPod Touch and choose theme!
1. Go to Mobile Terminal (you may download this in Cydia)
2. Type there following commands:
su root - press return
alpine - press return
dpkg -i ***.deb (where *** - your theme)- press return
3. Respring or reboot your device!
4. Then go to Winterboard (you may download this in Cydia) in your iPhone / iPod Touch and choose theme!

2. Unzip the files and change the folder to .theme. Like if the folder said Skate Boarding change it to Skate Boarding.theme.
3. Go to /private/var/stash/Themes.blalblabla.
4. Put the folder into this and you got it.
5. Got to winterboard and it will be their.
Tip.
-To make sure you are in the right area look at the theme choices, when you download winterboard you get themes like Saurik so in the area /private/var/stash/Themes.blalblabla there will be Saurik.theme.
-Yes it is easy, yes i bet i made it sound hard. Admin please change it to your liking but this is the easier way. I will be trying to make my own themes soon! I can also write about how to make themes if you like me too.
